We understand how frustrating it is to expect your vehicle to be ready at a specific time and then experience a delay especially after being told it would be completed by 4:00 PM. Your time is important, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused. That said, we would like to clarify a few things. While we always aim to meet projected completion times, there are occasional situations during service such as unexpected part delays or additional findings during repairs that can impact the timeline. When that happens, our goal is always to communicate updates as clearly and quickly as possible. Regarding the phone concerns, we want to assure you that we would never intentionally ignore or hang up on a customer. If calls were disconnected, it may have been due to high call volume or a technical issue, but that is not the level of service we expect from our team.
