Our dealership does not clear diagnostic codes to conceal vehicle issues. Every vehicle undergoes an inspection prior to sale, and if a warning light or active fault is present at that time, it is addressed according to our inspection process. If a mechanical issue develops after delivery, we encourage customers to contact us immediately so we can evaluate the concern and determine what options may be available. Regarding the rock chip, we strive to be transparent about the condition of every pre-owned vehicle. Cosmetic imperfections that are disclosed prior to purchase are reflected in the vehicle's condition, and customers are able to inspect the vehicle before completing the transaction.
