We just bought a new Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn 5. 7L V8 truck from Jerry Ulm dealership. We made decision to buy because a young salesman Mr Matt Dyndul found the truck we were looking for. He located 7L V8 truck from Jerry Ulm dealership. We made decision to buy because a young salesman Mr Matt Dyndul found the truck we were looking for. He located that truck at a separate Ulm dealership parking location, about two minutes away. Matt took us (my wife an me) to that location and showed us several trucks with similar features and allowed us to inspect them all. Matt provided all requested technical information that pointed to one truck that we ultimately selected. Our new truck has the right towing capacity with other upgrades necessary for towing RV trailer. It drives great. According to the owners manual we have to avoid towing RV during initial 500 miles of driving. Mr Dyndul set up for us Bluetooth connectivity and coordinated installation of truck bed cover. Matt assured us that he would talk to the management on our behalf to keep the price below a specific amount to which we were limited. We managed to get the right price with Matt’s help. He got for us license plate, Florida title, and registration. We are happy. Now I see why Ulm dealership is the largest in the nation. They have the right product, professional staff, and are flexible in price negotiations. My wife and I were impressed by Matt’s professionalism, level of technical knowledge, sincerity, and kindness.
