Great Jeep buying experience My wife and I made a decision that we wanted buy a Jeep Wrangler. I’ve had a couple in the past, and have been wanting another one within the last yea My wife and I made a decision that we wanted buy a Jeep Wrangler. I’ve had a couple in the past, and have been wanting another one within the last year or so. So we decided to go out and look for one. We had an idea of what we were looking for, and what we wanted for a Wrangler. We went to one dealership to look at a Wrangler and pretty much didn’t have a great experience....So that’s when we decided to go to Jerry Ulm to look at a couple wranglers that we liked on the website. And Jerry Clarke was highly recommended before we got to the dealership by 2 of our friends! My wife and I were greeted very politely by 2 employees and asking us what they could help us with. We said that we were looking for Jerry, and they got us setup with Jerry right away! Jerry welcomed us, and filled us in on a lot about the dealership, and then asked us a few questions about what we were looking for. We told him what wranglers we wanted to look at, and he got things going for us right away. We test drove a couple wranglers, and liked one of the ones that we test drove. And a great thing about Jerry was, he always made sure we were doing okay, and taken care of the whole time we were there. He gave us 110% awesome customer service, and was able to get us in the Wrangler that we wanted! All of the employees were great to us, and it was a great atmosphere in the dealership! Everybody there made sure my wife and I were doing okay while we were walking around waiting to test drive a couple of the jeeps. I would highly recommend Jerry Ulm if you’re looking for a Wrangler. And if they don’t have what you’re looking for, they’ll make sure that they find what you’re looking for. And Jerry Clarke is the man!! He took great care of my wife and I, and got us in the Wrangler that we wanted. More
