Had a good experience I reluctantly took my Jeep Grand Cherokee here because it’s the closest dealer to me, and I needed recall work done. My reluctance was due to the Google reviews, but it seems all major car dealership service centers have bad reviews. I arrived at 9:30am on a Tuesday without an appointment because when I called the day before, they said I’d have to do express (no appt) since I only needed recall work, new set of lugs installed, and oil change. I waited 3 hours, which is kind of a long time, but I still had a great experience. I felt that David cares about his job and his customers. More
Service on Jeep Grand Cherokee Vehicle broke down in Tampa, and we live in Fort Myers, Tow 2 Tow took an additional almost two (2) hours to get to us, then got us to the Jerry Ulm d Vehicle broke down in Tampa, and we live in Fort Myers, Tow 2 Tow took an additional almost two (2) hours to get to us, then got us to the Jerry Ulm dealership after it was closed. I had almost $300.00 in groceries in this SUV that’s has been setting since 2:55 that afternoon, Tracy stayed that the dealership was closed, so I asked her how are we going to get a rental she then stated that Enterprise had closed, and the one at the Airport is the only one that could rent us a vehicle. So she offered to drive us there cause she was on her way home, and she dropped us off at the Airport not making sure that we had gotten a rental. Got to the Enterprise Rent A Car and the we’re rude and with a serious additude, and stated you need a reservation to get a vehicle Tracy new this so, I call her which basically nothing happened we were stuck on our own. I had to go to another rental car company to rent a vehicle, and was able to without a reservation and on top of that had to drive back to the dealership to get all the groceries in which, I noticed that I had lost all the Vegetables, Shrimp, Beef, Chicken, Pork, Steak, and Eggs due to being out in the heat/humidity almost all day on that Friday, I had lost half my groceries that was purchased earlier that day. I’ve never been treated so poorly until that afternoon from Tracy, theirs a lot more, I can say but the Owner & General Manager would have to contact me to talk about everything else. Then on top of that we wound up leaving Tampa sometime between 10:00-11:00pm, and got home to Fort Myers 1:00 AM. Had to drive back to Tampa on Saturday called Tracy twice and left a voicemail that morning, I tried again for the third time and she finally answered told me what my vehicle needed, and if the one part wasn’t the right part then it would be Monday/Tuesday before it would be ready. Then, I asked her about a rental and she stated that they close at 2:00 and it was 1:30 then while, I was talking to her, then she asked me if, I can be there at 2:00, I told her no, I was still coming down the interstate in really heavy traffic. She knew if it was a possibility that we might need a rental again she should have called me earlier that morning, not me constantly try to get in contact with her to find out. Lucky that part was the right on and we got our vehicle back, and she did not talk to me at all, all stars are left blank because the service with Tracy was the absolute worst, I’ve ever seen before, therefore, I can’t recommend her to no one, that’s how bad the service was. Like, I mentioned before the Owner & General Manager for Jerry Ulm can contact me, and I can explain a lot more to them if they have any questions. More

Horrible customer service Last Friday I called and spoke with Mike about a used Jeep that my mother was extremely interested in purchasing. We wanted to come look and test dri Last Friday I called and spoke with Mike about a used Jeep that my mother was extremely interested in purchasing. We wanted to come look and test drive it that same day but he said they were finishing up the service inspection and would call me no later than Saturday morning. Saturday at noon no return call so my mother called he told her the same thing but he would call her the same afternoon. Nothing. I called AGAIN Sunday around 1pm and spoke to another sales rep, possibly manager, who told me he did not see an update on the service inspection but first thing in the morning he was going to speak with the service manager for an update and let me know right away. Today is now Wednesday night and guess what....NOTHING!!!! No return call! This vehicle was received to their location 9/7 and detailed 9/14 today is 9/26 and still no service inspection??? Extremely unlikely I’m sure it did not pass service inspection and rather than communicate that to the customer they tried to hide and ignore!! In a business where there are so many competitors, even on the same street, they did nothing to try to gain business or show customer service. My family has purchased here in the past and this will make us never shop here again. Shame on your lack of customer service! More

I went in with what I would call demands and he met them all. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly a good listener. He heard what I wanted and he helped me get it. Amazing experience.
