It takes 2 tries to correct problem I reported a problem with my stop-start option on my 2018 Pacifica. On the first try they found an accessory battery to be low in power. They charged I reported a problem with my stop-start option on my 2018 Pacifica. On the first try they found an accessory battery to be low in power. They charged the battery and said the problem was resolved. As soon as I got the vehicle out of the service dept, I tried the option and I was getting the same error message. I returned and the service dept the next day determined the battery was bad. The function now work but for how long - time will tell. There has to be a reason as to why on a brand new vehicle that a battery was not being charged properly in the vehicle. More
