Everyone was very helpful. Staff were great and our salesman went above and beyond to help us. My only complaint is that we were told there were 2 sets of keys and the second s Staff were great and our salesman went above and beyond to help us. My only complaint is that we were told there were 2 sets of keys and the second set was never found. Two weeks later called salesman and he told me he had checked with previous owner and there were not 2 sets. She had only had 1 set. So now if we want a second set it will be at our expense which will cost between 160.00 and 400.00. Not real happy about that. More

Terrible Communication Took multiple calls and messages to get ahold of someone and when I finally did talk to my service tech it was because someone else knew they were the Took multiple calls and messages to get ahold of someone and when I finally did talk to my service tech it was because someone else knew they were there and went and found them. Then my car was ready to be picked up two days earlier and was sorry that no one called to tell me. I'll never take my Jeep here again. I would rather let a six year old watch YouTube videos on how to fix the problem before I ever go back. More
