Thankful for service rep Tracy! I had an issue with my door panels and I contacted the service department and reached Tracy Korfias. She had me come in that same day and took picture I had an issue with my door panels and I contacted the service department and reached Tracy Korfias. She had me come in that same day and took pictures and said she would reach out to Chrysler. Within a week she called to say the new door panels were in and two days later, on a Saturday, they installed them. They finished earlier than expected.
