Top was leaking with both factory top and aftermarket top. Asked prior to bringing it in if the aftermarket top was a problem and was told repeatedly that it was no issue. Once I got it in they refused top. Asked prior to bringing it in if the aftermarket top was a problem and was told repeatedly that it was no issue. Once I got it in they refused to work on it (after wasting my whole day) and lied about it being "glued down" as the reason they would not touch it. They clearly did not even try to work on it as it took me five minutes to get off, and there certainly was no glue. Additionally the service manager lied straight to my face by claiming he would call the district manager and get back to me. When I tried to call back they would not answer or return my calls. Complained to Chrysler and even they said the dealership was wrong. I understand not working on it, I do not appreciate being lied to. More
My first contact with the Jerry Ulm dealership was through the internet. I contacted a number of dealerships in the area and was impressed with the response from Darren Lane. As an older single woman buying a car on my own for the first time, I had many questions and Darren was more than willing to answer all of them whether or not I made my purchase there. When I made the decision to purchase the vehicle, I had a price that I felt was fair and we were able to come to an agreement without the stress that is normally attached to new car negotiations. Darren assigned Kevin Ryan to be my salesman. His service was outstanding. He even picked me up at my home since I had no transportation. Every question I had was answered and I felt that all those I have in the future would be as well. The business manager, John Chiappone, was equally as helpful and informative. Kevin took me on a tour of the facilities so I would know where to come for service. He introduced me to Shane Stanek who would be taking care of my vehicle and it gave me a great deal of confidence to meet him and visit the department. I am extremely pleased with the experience I have had at the Jerry Ulm dealership and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep vehicle. More

This was our 2nd time visiting Jerry Ulm Dodge looking to purchase a new vehicle. So this review is covering the purchases of two vehicles: a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and 2013 Dodge Dart Limited. purchase a new vehicle. So this review is covering the purchases of two vehicles: a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and 2013 Dodge Dart Limited. Both times John Wieland was our saleman, and we also worked with the VP of Sales, David Gonzalez. Both were completely professional and friendly and did not give you that typical car salesman approach - we never felt pressured or like we were be hassled - there was no back and forth like other dealers pull. Not only was the buying experience pleasant, the price was right too. They gave us the best trade in values on our trades, and priced the new vehicles very competitively! One thing I really appreciate although others might not care - they don't put a dealer's sticker on the back of your car! I don't care about the license plate frame, but when other dealers put their sticker on my car - it comes off before the car leaves the lot. After purchasing both vehicles, John has gone out of the way with driving my wife to and from work when she drops the Jeep off for service - making it as convenient as possible for us as he can. We have had a few service issues, where things needed to be fixed on the cars and they performed the service quickly and competently. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this dealership. The buying experience is pleasant, the service department is usually pretty quick and thorough. I would highly recommend this dealer to my friends and family. More
My salesman (Ryan) did a great job working me into the right truck. He walked me on the lot, was patient and listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. I am not going to throw out numbers, but the deal they offered was so good even my skeptical wife was happy to see what they had on paper. Not only did Ryan and the boys at Jerry Ulm get me a great deal on the Ram 1500, but they also got me an interest rate way lower than my credit union pre-approved me at. All in all, this was the EASIEST car buying experience I have EVER had! Kudos to the team. If you are looking for a Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, Ram product this is the only place you need to go. In every way Ryan and the team at Jerry Ulm did a wonderful job. They pushed hard enough to let me know they were serious about selling a car, but were not invasive and in my face. More
I had done some research online as I was looking to see if I could afford to make a trade on a new car. I had met Bob Potter of their Internet Dept. a week earlier when I was in for an oil change. He gave me his card and said if I was ready to move up to call him. A week later I sent him an email saying I was interested and shared my research with him. I brought my cleaned out car in and sat down with Bob to answer my questions about the different packages I had seen on some Charger models I was interested in, and none were on their lot. We did quite a bit of research with his access that I nor the floor personnel have. We found a car that I discounted right away as one I couldn't afford. But later he brought back financing numbers and I was surprised it was doable for me. We had a deal. Then he handed me off to Brian Johnson for the next phase of the process. He explained all the goodies in the car and we did some paperwork. After that it was off to the finance guy, John. There were no surprises there because I already knew what my finance numbers were. The whole process was lengthy but a majority of the time was spent with Bob and every minute was worth it. Overall the whole experience was pleasant. Never did I feel any pressure. Bob did all he could to insure that I got the car that would make me happy. The car I bought had to be delivered and once again Brian gave me lesson about my car, mostly about how to use steering wheel buttons and the touch screen. He spent as much time as I needed to learn the new rocket ship with all its gadgetry. The guys were all great. I'll be back to buy my next vehicle there too, probably a Charger again. I'm already familiar with their outstanding service department. I look forward to years of peace of mind driving a fully protected reliable automobile backed by a team of service professionals. I have purchased from you once before, and was completely satisfied with how we were treated throughout the buying process. I particularly like the attention to details like the addition of tinted windows, door guards, and pin striping that you put on all cars. We did not feel pressured to make the purchase that we made. The deal we got made it hard to turn down. The service department is part of the reason we drive to you from Brandon. My husband bought his 2013 Journey from another dealer, but he had a bad experience at their service department. He went from there to yours and had a great experience.
