My transmission went out on a Friday at 4:10pm, and because my wife was at her final Job interview 30 minutes away and i didnt want her Stranded, along with not knowing the area, Tracy the Service Advisor connect me with Dale a Service Technician who instantly took my Journey Crossroad into the service bay. Whilst my car was being moved Tracy took me to the car rental station & got me a New Caravan within 5 minutes. The transmission was in stock. Dale agreed to make sure my car was ready the next day, and worked on his own time to help since he saw i was Disabled. They took a disasters, and relieved my stress and answered my prayers.
