Great Service Delivers on promises Ron was fantastic. I brought my car in because the check engine light was on. This was a Monday morning. They advised me of the issue and cost to repa Ron was fantastic. I brought my car in because the check engine light was on. This was a Monday morning. They advised me of the issue and cost to repair. I did not have the money so I was charged $152 for the diagnostic service. I told Rob I would not have the money to complete the repairs until Friday (payday). He promised if I brought it back in on Friday my $152 paid would be credited towards the rest of the repair charges. Well I brought it back Friday morning at 7:30. Great shuttle service took me to work. Ron called just before noon and said it was ready. Shuttle came back to pick me up. The $152 was credited towards the repair as promised and it took less than 5 hours for me to get my car back. I’m very pleased with the service and cost and will be continuing to go back for future work. More

Check engine light issue resolved. Started towards the dealership on Saturday morning to check out a check engine light that was illuminated on my dash. Called ahead to make sure l coul Started towards the dealership on Saturday morning to check out a check engine light that was illuminated on my dash. Called ahead to make sure l could be accommodated. I was giving an appointment time to correspond with my arrival. I arrived prior to my appointment time but was immediately greeted by a service technician. My vehicle was logged into the system and was told that they would do a diagnostic and let me know what the problem was and what it would cost to repair it. After the diagnosis l was informed of the problem, how long the work would take, and told what it would cost. I left the vehicle at the dealership to be worked on and was called a short time later to inform me that the work was done. Upon checkout l asked for and was giving a generous military discount. I am very satisfied with the service l received at the dealership. More
