Buying a car could really be frustrating even if I have the all-knowing This could be a bit long but it sums up my experience with Jerry's Toyota. Buying a car could really be frustrating even if I have the all-knowing internet and enough car buying experience. After checking around a couple of car dealerships in Towson area (MD), I just wasn't really able to find the right person that I can confidently trust and a fair price for a car that I wanted. So I moved on to the next town. The first dealership I called was Jerry's Toyota and talked to Matt. I gave him my out the door offer for a new Rav4 LE that was listed online. He did not give me the run-around-- he just took my offer and said "'we'll see what I can do". Within 10-15 minutes, he called back and made it feel like the deal was made. I then drove to the dealership with a heavy doubt since I didn't haggle. BTW I checked a couple of online resources for the invoice price before giving my offer so I knew that my price was good. To my surprise, Matt actually locked in the deal so all that needed to be done was finalize and sign. Matt is a cool-professional dude with an endearing personality. I hope he's going to be there on the next purchase! More

New Corolla, my best purchase to date Having not made a new car purchase for over 10 years , I was not happy about having to purchase a new car. With that being said, this purchase was the best experience I've ever had in making a new car purchase. All of the Jerry's people made me feel welcomed, from the parking lot to the Finance office. My sales person, Paul Southard was a phenomenal sales person. He made sure I was driving away in something I wanted, not just something I needed. He was patient, professional and gave great advice on my purchase. And a big thanks to Charles, for going over all the bells and whistles with me before leaving the lot. More

Great car purchase experience I didn’t intend to purchase a new car during this visit to Jerry’s I was just bringing in my leased 2016 Avalon for the required maintaince However I didn’t intend to purchase a new car during this visit to Jerry’s I was just bringing in my leased 2016 Avalon for the required maintaince However , as I looked around at the new 2018 Camary and discussed with Paul what my needs were, in a few hours, I am now the owner of a new vechile. I highly recommend that you visit Jerry’s and definitely ask for Paul to help you with your next car purchase Paul is polite, personable,professional and very knowledgeable. I am so Happy that I made the switch from a BMW to my Toyota Camry this car is everything I wanted and so much more. I LOVE MY NEW CAR. Hamid... I would not recommend him. He was not at all personable and made a mistake after our agreement and than tried to back pedal. Once I was not going for that he was bitter and it was very obvious. Even to the point of when I was signing pulled up the boxes to sign and explained nothing and then at the end kept telling me I should thank him. (NO CLUE FOR WHAT HE WAS RUDE.) Overall. I cannot Thank Matt and Paul enough for my New Camry. They are the BEST!!!! More
