I have purchased several vehicles from Jessup Auto Plaza but the most recent would be my 2024 Chevrolet Traverse in June 2024 when I traded in my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. My experience with purchasing both vehicles with the Sales Consultant Carlos Rodriguez and Finance Manager Art Iliano was not only professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and that is why I continue to return as well as refer my friends and family. My experience with the Service Department has been nothing more than a disappointment due to the lack of communication, effort, and overall professionalism including management. The fact that the dealership scanned and knew the error code and it still took over 4 encounters with service over 5 months my vehicle is finally repaired. More
