Water 2 hours while was oil was being changed. Then told battery failed test. Jessup didn’t identify they changed battery 10 months earlier. So I thought it had been replaced by another Chevy deal Then told battery failed test. Jessup didn’t identify they changed battery 10 months earlier. So I thought it had been replaced by another Chevy dealer. I went home pulled maintenance records that showed Jessup replaced it. Called Jessup told them they had replaced it. They called back confirming that they had replaced it May 2024. Had to return next day to replace battery. I feel it was handled poorly. More

My experience with purchasing both vehicles with the Sales Consultant Carlos Rodriguez and Finance Manager Art Iliano was not only professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and that is why I continue to return as well as refer my friends and family. My experience with the Service Department has been nothing more than a disappointment due to the lack of communication, effort, and overall professionalism including management. The fact that the dealership scanned and knew the error code and it still took over 4 encounters with service over 5 months my vehicle is finally repaired. More
