Remember the days when you made an appointment for an oil change and there would be a 15-20 minute delay? I was at your dealership at 6:45 AM for a 7 AM appointment (even though the intake time says 7:15) and I had to wait over two hours for a simple oil change. Totally unacceptable. Did not need to leave my car over the holiday! !!!. Went in to have a brake light warning checked on New Years Eve. I was informed that the service shop was completely booked so I would have to lea !!!. Went in to have a brake light warning checked on New Years Eve. I was informed that the service shop was completely booked so I would have to leave it over the holiday. To my surprise they were able to diagnose the issue and have it fixed. That is why I take it to Jessup, they get it done in a timely manner the first time. More
