I usually have good experiences at Jessup but my last visit was not so pleasant. I’m hoping this was just an isolated incident. 1. The female at the service department told me they were fully booked visit was not so pleasant. I’m hoping this was just an isolated incident. 1. The female at the service department told me they were fully booked and said I couldn’t get serviced that day. I asked another question and instead of finding out the answer she transferred me to the parts department. After I spoke to the parts department, he transferred me back to the service department. A different person answered and said I could come in the same day. 2. David was my Service Advisor that day. He was not that friendly. He couldn’t even figure out how to use my points to pay for my service. Then when the service department made a mistake, he was not apologetic. 3. A boy brought my car to me when it was done. I asked him a question and he said he didn’t know, which was fine, but he used profanity. That was unprofessional to speak to a customer like that. 4. The service department changed my tires and left my spare tire in my trunk instead of putting it back in the storage area. I had to go back the next day to have them fix their mistake. More
Service rep was courteous and efficient. Warranty work was done in a timely fashion. My only complaint is that it took almost 20 minutes for my car to be delivered after checking out.
