I did not care for the changes in the waiting room. Also, I found out that is if your app is after 10:00 and the work cannot be done then the work is carried over to the next day. Actually, Sergio was my repair person. He was busy with someone else, and Daniel got me registered into the system. The technician couldn't find out why my Service Vehicle Soon light came on, but they suspect a module on my electric car is failing. They did the software update that was pending. However, three days after getting the car back, the Service Vehicle Soon light came on again. I called Jessup this afternoon. I'm waiting for a call back. More
