Nathan was very helpful, we were able to accomplish much of the transaction over the phone prior to my arrival. The whole process was quite streamlined. I felt that the service that I received. Totally dishonest and sleazy The car I was looking at online had a previous accident. I asked the salesman where it was hit and how much damage there was. We walk around the car and he's acting like he can't see anything and doesn't know where it was damaged. What an act! There was a ding on the door and it was clear that's where the car was hit. He claimed it was minor damage. I found out later there was significant body damage. On the day I purchased my used Lexus LS 460, they promised my a $100 gift card to be sent via email. I had to go back to have them replace a few minor things and let them know that I hadn't received an email with the gift card. They apologized and assured me that it would be sent. Never came. I don't care about the $100 but it another example of how they lie. On the day I buy the car, I'm sitting with their finance guy, he's asks me if I want an extended warranty. I said no and he proceeds to try an pressure me to buy it. I still decline. Now I'm getting robo calls regarding an extended warranty. Before buying the car, I had to move some funds around and I explained that the check for my down payment won't clear for 5 days. I'll come in when the funds are available to buy the car. They say, don't worry, we'll hold the check for 5 days before depositing it so I buy the car with their assurance that they'll hold the check. 2 days later, I get a call from some guy in their finance department saying my check bounced and I'm charged an over draft fee. I call my salesman and ask what happened. He apologizes but at this point I'm tired of the whole experience. I could go on but you get the picture. More
