Although, it is a tricky place full of schemes to drain your pockets just like any other car dealers in the country. I bought the 2017 Lexus RX 350 from them. The vehicle is perfectly fine and well maintained as they promised (I am writing this review after two weeks of purchase). I was assisted by sales representative Arturo Cervantes. Arturo understood my need and did not force me to make any decisions. He made car purchase easy and convenient for us at Jidd Motors. However, we did not like his manager Jimmy. We found him arrogant and dominating. Jimmy is one of those people who think they know everything and the person in front of him just born today. At one point, we walked out of the place because of his hubristic and egotistic response. In the end, Arturo convinced me to get back in the chair. REMEMBER few tips before stepping in at Jidd Motors. 1. Always negotiate the original price of the vehicle and not the out of door price directly. 2. DON’T PAY any “handling and delivery” charges. They tried to trick me to pay an additional $895 initially as delivery charges. There are no handling and delivery charges on a used vehicle. 3. DON’T PAY any VIP fees or VIP packages. They tried to trick me to pay $300 as VIP charges. 4. All you are going to pay is NEGOTIATED PRICE OF THE VEHICLE + REGISTRATION FEES + DOCUMENTATION FEES + SALES TAX. Don’t fall for anything extra. 5. At last, they will trick to sell warranty packages, service packages, vehicle appearance protection, etc. Be aware if you really need any of those extras. More
