Pleasant, straight-forward, fair I found this place through Autotrader.com, and I came to look at the used Toyota Corolla's they had that I had seen online. Igor greeted me and my parents and started showing us what I had asked for. They had exactly what was advertised online, and for a good price. Igor did a good job of thoroughly explaining everything about the car I was interested in, and he made us feel welcome and comfortable. The whole process was very easy, smooth and pleasant-we never felt like we were being pushed around or like the salespeople had any pretenses.
