Who is helping whom? Brian Erlenbach is a classic, slick acting, man in charge, knows more than anyone sales associate. Before we were even close to talking numbers, I was so turned off that it was unbelievable. Brian's rating should be .7, not 4.7. Wow! What a treat it was to be disrespected by someone who should at least be trying to put their best foot forward for the dealership. But not Brian. He knew too much - and wasn't ashamed to show it off to a potential customer. Yes, this is only my opinion. Take it with a grain of salt. I'd put money on it that he treats more than 75% of his customers this way. But it is only my opinion. I wish you well, Brian. You are one lucky man that management believes in. That's good for you, but bad for the dealership - Jidd. More

i bought a nice sedan I was in the market for a car when I saw Jidd Motors from Cargrus, I was all surprised with all the luxury and beautiful cars they have over here. Their team leader Jeff reached me, very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He walked me through steps by steps over the whole process, makes sure I am comfortable with all the procedures. Then I drove all the way from Tennessee to drive the car with PAN PAN and I loved the car right away, Pan Pan helps me with everything else, very patient too!
