Like another reviewer mentioned, they back each other up and don't go over ANYTHING with you. Second, every stipulation you make has to be in writing. If you are smart, know everything about the so called fees and packages, examine each paper well before you sign, know the value of the car, check out the specifics of the bad reviews, ask for the final price upfront with ALL fees at the beginning, ask for the COMPLETE price before they start quoting you monthly payments, don't trust that they are giving you the lowest finance rate, don't take everything they say as fact--this is a deal to them--and you have all of your wits about you, then it's okay. (Way too much of a headache, right?) I like my car, but I pretty much lost my trust in people in obtaining it. Was it worth THAT cost? No. 100% No. The only thing now us one-starred reviewers can hope for is God and karma. But you? You have a choice. More
