Horrible experience. Vehicle died on way home. Ok so a few things about this place, this is a long story but I felt compelled to share my experience so that others may take this into consideration Ok so a few things about this place, this is a long story but I felt compelled to share my experience so that others may take this into consideration before buying from this place. So I went to buy a car from them, it was fairly priced and in decent condition. Upon inspecting said car the FOB had a button for opening the liftgate, which was not working, the saleslady reported that she was going to go charge it and we could try again. I mistakenly thought that she was talking about the FOB, not the actual car. Come to find out they had to jump the car TWICE and did not report it to me. The saleslady apparently reported it to one of the floor managers who said that it was fine and nothing needed to be done about it. Go on later in the night we FINALLY get done, and I have my six month daughter with me the entire day car buying process which was waaaaay longer than I though that it would be. Anyways we came from Indiana (2 hours from Des Plaines) and we go to leave and the car is almost on empty (really you guys can't put gas in the car?), but anyways we are on 294 S by O'Hare airport on our way home and stop to get gas and the car WILL NOT START BACK UP! So we are stuck in a car that won't start with a hungry baby and the DOORS WOULDN'T OPEN! So long story short, we call them and they come and jump the car and bring us back to the dealership and we are speaking with this man who is being a jerk in my opinion, not at all sympathizing with the scenario that it was scary (it was me, my mom and my 6 month old baby), had we gotten stranded in the middle of nowhere and etc. And he finally goes and gets the GM - Nick, who is super nice and helpful and understanding and was able to take care of us and just make us feel like we were going to be safe on the way home - he provided us with an in the car jumper and an agreement that if the car didn't start again that we could take it back with 24 hours, which was fair in my opinion. So longest story short, this dealership claims to have a 100 pt inspection, which I am not sure is true, as they knowingly let me go off the lot with a car that had to be jumped twice prior to me leaving. So I just don't know. I think Nick did right by us in the end, but some of the other men at the dealership that we dealt with seemed dirty, ie the floor manager that didn't do anything about the battery being messed up in the car and the finance guy that was rude and talked down to us the entire time like we had no right to be angry since they replaced the battery so all should be well. I just don't know if this place is as clean as they claim to be, this was of course just my personal experience and maybe it's all fine and good but if I could go back in time I'd have avoided that place like the plague. More
