My wife is a very respectable young lady and you are taking advantage of the fact that she is a woman in my opinion. We gave you a cashiers check for $200 more than the purchase price and live out of state and it was a big inconvenience to go back and were told that you would just mail us a refund. 2 months later and 17 calls and you still have our $200. I would like everyone to really consider doing business with shady car dealerships. It is a shame that you don’t take your customers or your reputation seriously. I hope to do more than $200 worth of damage to your reputation you xxxxxxxx. More

Great experience, Big variety, Good looking cars I was looking online like everyone else do,on the CARFAX app, I found the Lexus that i want , great price, good features, great conditions ,Red interi I was looking online like everyone else do,on the CARFAX app, I found the Lexus that i want , great price, good features, great conditions ,Red interior , clean record. I messaged the dealer,they responded quick, So i went to the dealership to test drive , great experience , the first guy ( I don’t remember the name of him) first he gave me the test drive , but he didn’t explain the features of SUV while we was doing the drive, but i knew the features already , but still.. you treat every costumer with the same importance, he need to tell to the potential costumers the features of the product that are Looking for buy,I guess that was... something bad for me. Anyways he introduced me his manager , all of the sudden i was change of salesman, with this new young guy, I’m young too, they thought I was going to be convinced about him, we spend time on negotiations but I wasn’t convinced, then he brought the Man , the one and only , the one That was able to understand me, (also he speaks my language) he treat me well and talked with the truth,he was completely honest, his name is ARTURO CERVANTES.He was able to find me the great deal and Discount over on top of the Final price of My Lexus NX That today I own thanks to him, he looked for my needs, also he helped me with my insurance company to choose great coverage base on my needs , the sale was technically quick I spent 45 minuets overall, i got my papers and my brand new plates , my keys and “thanks for trusting me was a pleasure to make business with you, anything that happened or you need you can call me at anytime “ quoted . Honestly the best guy for the job .Amazing costumer service from him , A+. And that is my story :) More

Horrible Customer Service, Lack of integrity Purchased a Range Rover from this dealership, it has now been 4 weeks, still no plate or registration after paying 1495.00 for VIP service only to be Purchased a Range Rover from this dealership, it has now been 4 weeks, still no plate or registration after paying 1495.00 for VIP service only to be lied to by Luca, the sales manager, several times, berated and called names by Luca, and then to have the blame placed on myself for not having the registration for my trade in vehicle that they requested 2 weeks later. I mailed the title to them by certified mail with proof of delivery and they seemed to "misplace it". I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a car dealership after you spend almost 34,000 dollars there. They are quick to place the blame on the customer and take no responsibility for their incompetent staff and management team. Then when you raise your voice they tell you that you are mean, and blabbering and I quote both Luca and Rob who is the so called "customer relations manager. I still have only a temp plate that expires on 2-26-18 and was told by Luca that the Michigan Secretary of State was a month behind in processing and they did in fact send my paperwork to them. After speaking directly to the MI SOS, I was informed they are not a month behind and in fact they never received paperwork from Jidd Motors. I then received a call from Luca that somehow the paperwork had been mailed back to them and they would overnight it to the MI SOS. I was lied to about 6 times yesterday by this shady, unprofessional, lying xxx. I will make sure that every single person knows not to purchase a vehicle from Jidd Motors. Integrity and professionalism does not seem to be their strong suit. Their level of Maturity, or lack there of is astounding. I have never been called names and treated so poorly by anyone. If you want to get lectured and treated like a child, go to Jidd Motors, but only if you are a complacent person and don't ask questions or are able to stand up for yourself!!!! BUYER BEWARE SIDE NOTE: Our Salesperson, Nick was wonderful. We do feel bad for him for working at a place with such a bad reputation and a poor rating with the Illinois Better Business Bureau. Per your response Rob, Everything in this review is completely true and if you can only focus on the fact that I didn't have the registration for a vehicle that was not in my possession and it was requested TWO WEEKS after the fact, then you are out of touch my friend. I have every right to request information from you via email in regards to a service that I paid for only to be lied to. You are completely delusional if you think otherwise. I have every email saved and if need be I can prove there was no harassment. Grow up Rob, if this is all you have better to do is sit behind a computer and do damage control for people leaving bad reviews (that are completely based on their experience) then I suggest you find a new job because your lack of professionalism should be embarrassing to you as well as your Better Business Bureau score in the state of Illinois....Face the facts.....you guys are liars and your business practices are shady as xxxx. More

We will be back for another car in the near future. Please note, this dealership blames the customer when they get caught in a complete lie. Rob, as well as Luca are complete, blatant, LIARS and do everything in their power to shift the blame to the customer. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for your lies!!!!!!!!! I was specifically told yesterday by LUCA that the paperwork was mailed two weeks ago only to call the Secretary of state here in MI to find out no paperwork was every sent, and when LUCA was questioned......he became angry and continued to lie to cover up the previous lies. Simply Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

The best used cars around!! I wasn't sure if I would ever find a reliable used car. I went in knowing I would find a car that would eventually need some work. I never expected to I wasn't sure if I would ever find a reliable used car. I went in knowing I would find a car that would eventually need some work. I never expected to find one that was so clean and the technicians even put it on the rack to let me check the underside for leaks and damage. I've had the car for 2 weeks and love it. It starts without hesitation and drives great. I would definitely go to Judd and Penny Perez again for my next car. Plus the condition of the facility makes you feel like you're in a luxury car dealer. To me that spoke volumes. More
