We bought a pre-owned car from this dealer and have had quite disappointing experiences. Initially, they assured us that the car had passed the pre-delivery inspection. However, upon picking up the car, we discovered that the AC did not cool properly and that the USB outlets beneath the AC panel were not functioning, which prevented us from using Apple CarPlay. WE WERE NOT INFORMED OF THESE ISSUES WHEN WE SIGNED THE CONTRACT. Additionally, the CarFax report indicated that the dealer had failed to perform the necessary tire rotation during the inspection, which they should have completed. While they offered to repair these issues free of charge, it forced us to travel to their service facility several times due to their poor communication, which resulted in a considerable waste of our time and money. We asked a sales manager for some form of compensation for the inconvenience, as we shouldn’t have experienced the hassle if they had them fixed in their pre-delivery inspection or we might even have had second thoughts if we knew them before signing the contract, but in the end, WE WERE OFFERED NOTHING. The repairs took nearly a month in total to complete, but even after that, we discovered that the rear AC still did not cool properly. Furthermore, during the repair process, they damaged the AC panel and lost a bottom part of it. Additionally, the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) on the rear right tire was broken, although it was intact when we initially brought the car in. When we reported these new issues to the dealer, they requested that we bring the car back for further inspection. However, given our previous experiences, who want to do so? More

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Jidd Motors Mitsubishi, and I must say, it was an experience I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. From the moment I stepped foot onto the lot, I was greeted with Mitsubishi, and I must say, it was an experience I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. From the moment I stepped foot onto the lot, I was greeted with deception, dishonesty, and an overwhelming sense of regret. First and foremost, the salesperson I dealt with (Nabil) seemed more interested in making a quick sale than in providing me with accurate information. They shamelessly exaggerated the features and performance of the car I was interested in, painting a picture of a dream vehicle that turned out to be nothing more than a mirage. It became evident that their sole objective was to close the deal, regardless of the consequences for the customer. To make matters worse, the dealership's pricing tactics were nothing short of deceptive. The initial price they quoted me was significantly higher than the market value, and when I questioned it, they resorted to manipulative tactics to justify the inflated cost. They claimed that the car had undergone extensive upgrades and modifications, which, upon closer inspection, turned out to be nothing more than cosmetic enhancements that added no real value to the vehicle. As if the deception wasn't enough, the dealership's finance department was equally unscrupulous. They pushed me into signing a financing agreement with an exorbitant interest rate, claiming it was the best deal available. However, after conducting my own research, I discovered that I could have secured a much better rate elsewhere. It was clear that they were more interested in padding their own pockets than in providing me with a fair and transparent financing option. Furthermore, the customer service at Jidd Motors Mitsubishi was abysmal. The staff was dismissive, unresponsive, and showed a complete lack of professionalism. My attempts to address my concerns were met with indifference and a complete disregard for my satisfaction as a customer. I had to drive off the lot with a scratched car and cracked windshield (they intentionally hid from me during the inspection). It was evident that once they had my money, they had no interest in maintaining any sort of relationship or ensuring my happiness with the purchase. In conclusion, my experience at Jidd Motors was nothing short of a nightmare. The deception, dishonesty, and lack of integrity displayed by the salesperson, the sales manager (Rick Able) the pricing tactics, and the finance department left me feeling cheated and regretful. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a car to steer clear of this dealership, as they prioritize their own interests over the well-being and satisfaction of their customers. More
