I really enjoy the buying experience in Jim Burke, Ms. Tracy Duran is the most friendly and helpful sales person I have ever met. Most important, she is open, friendly, sincere, and as the other customer said, never tried to use high pressure techniques. She clearly explained the quote which made me peace-minded; she demonstrated everything when the car was delivered, even the maintenance service. I think the most important asset for a dealership is to make the customer trust, and Ms. Duran is the best person doing it. I actually had not made a decision to trade my 2002 Buick Regal, but was hoping to find an SUV to my liking. I was met in the parking lot by a very kind fellow, who showed me their new cars, and was very knowledgable about the Jeep Patriot in which I was interested. Mr. Burks was very patient with me, and we test drove about five cars. There was never any "hard- sell" approach, and I appreciated that. I found a Jeep Patriot that was a perfect car for me. It was much easier to get in and out of than my Buick, and since I have recently started experiencing arthritis in my knees, this was a Godsend. I think I should have traded cars a few years sooner. I started my search for a new Nissan online. Rexanne replied to my request with a quickness. She was very diligent in finding the exact car that I wanted. my experience with jim burke nissan was absolutely great. i called rexanne and she was actually out sick, but she called me back and got the information from me that she needed. she then called me and said i called rexanne and she was actually out sick, but she called me back and got the information from me that she needed. she then called me and said she needs me to bring my toyota in for an inspection, so we could get the numbers going.she was pretty sure we would be able to work something out. i had told her that the other dealership wouldnt even work with me because of the negative equity that was in my car. i am very happy with this dealership and would definately recommend it to someone. in fact i already have to several people. the price i got was good. i wish it could have been a little lower, but with my negative equity i was happy that she got my payment as close to what i wanted. so thank you to everyone at jim burke nissan and a big thank you to rexanne smith. i am now enjoying my 09 nissan murano sl because of her hard work.
