Kate was wonderful ans was able to have our Colorado repaired the same day, allowing us to travel out of town, on schedule. She did a great job keeping us up to date on status. Our Salesman Mike Col repaired the same day, allowing us to travel out of town, on schedule. She did a great job keeping us up to date on status. Service was very slow. My car was in there over two weeks. When speaking over the phone I asked if the fix made the check engine light go away and I was told yes. Not even 2 days later the check engine light came back on for the same lean code I took it in there for. Unless you contact me and offer to make it right for free, I will never use Jim Butler again or buy a vehicle from you. More
