The customer service is great, but the mechanics just don’t seem to care. This is the 2nd time bringing my Tahoe to get oil changed. Also 2nd time they missed putting in oil and spraying over the engine don’t seem to care. This is the 2nd time bringing my Tahoe to get oil changed. The People there are great; Jim butlers prices are insane now. Not okay. Very disappointed in the price gauging, as I’ve used this dealership for both buying my cars and maintenance-ing my cars.
