Great dealings with Sue and Dalton, service advisor - got oil change done early, Dalton found radiator leak I have been smelling thanks to Sue confirming the same smell and letting Dalton know about. Took 1-1/2 weeks when scheduling the appointment to drop off my vehicle, and another week before it was looked at by a technician. After Kim told me that the technician could not duplicate the problem I wen off my vehicle, and another week before it was looked at by a technician. After Kim told me that the technician could not duplicate the problem I went to pick up the vehicle and when the porter brought the vehicle to me I got in and was able to duplicate the problem before I left their lot. I took video of the windshield completely fogging up and sent to Kim while she was passing it along to the service manager and the technician. Since the video it has been over two weeks and have not heard anything from anyone. Don't expect to hear anything from anyone either. This entire experience has felt like a huge runaround and complete waste of our time. We will never recommend or ever take our vehicle back for any type of service again. I am sending this complaint to GM because the issue with the vehicle can be very dangerous while driving. 2021 Silverado 1500 windshield fogging up W/O the defrost or AC running. More
