Sat for 3 hours for a scheduled oil change only to be told that my truck was undriveable and that they would have it done tomorrow. Made appointment for check engine light and oil, filter and tire rotation change. Appointment was made a week before. Arrived at appointment and left vehicle. 6 days later, vehicle had not been serviced and tire rotation change. Appointment was made a week before. Was never told that when I dropped off vehicle. Oil change and tire rotation completed but I need vehicle back and wasted 6 days waiting for technician to change out glow plug. I wish I would have been told to not drop it off until technician could fix run diagnostic and repair glow plug. A waste of time. Usually work is done and vehicle is ready. A big waste of time. Not happy about delay and don't know if I will return. More
