Only person I've worked with in this dealership that has actually given me good service is the sales person I worked with - Jeff Hutchinson. Who has gone above and beyond for us. Having to fix several gaffs from the service dept and finance dept. Should you decide to buy a car here I would recommend getting him. What I would not recommend is getting any service done here. First, you can make appointments for service, but that doesn't really mean anything. You can make an oil change appt and you still wait almost two hours. What is the point of the appointment? The breaking point for me was my truck had a transmission issue that the service dept botched. Service dept returned my (almost brand new, 5500 miles, less than 6 mo old) truck not fixed on a Friday when they're closed all weekend. When I had to bring the truck back first thing Monday morning, they then screwed the rental process leaving me in a tough spot without a truck. (I called to arrange everything and stated I couldn't be without my truck and they told me they'd have one and then told me they gave it to someone else). Took almost 2 weeks to get me a potential rental truck, but rental dept refuses to answer their phone (I've gotten 0 answered phone calls from them, ever). They only texted me and have a very slow response time when doing so. When I show up to get the truck rental counter has a line, only one person working it, and that person is chit chatting with the people despite there being a line and being told people in line were on a time crunch. While waiting in line, at least 7 different service "advisors" were standing around talking. Of those, none bothered to ask if they could help, and every one of them looked over at some point. Three other people who were walking by asked, and only one tried to help, and despite being told I was on a serious time crunch to get my kids, didn't end up actually doing anything. If there is only one person capable of handling rentals the manager should be fired on the spot. And if there are more people capable, the three people walking by should be reprimanded for not assisting with that. That leaves me still without my truck (parts backordered), no rental truck to take its place (I do have a rental suv, which is not suitable for what I need), and very frustrated that I used my lunch break going to the dealership only to have to leave empty handed. The rental depts inability to coordinate, coupled with them and the service dept not being open in the evening or on weekends, make this extremely inconvenient for anyone with a day job. They are in no hurry to assist you when you arrive either. The service dept has likely cost this dealership my business. I've purchased 4 cars myself and someone I brought in just purchased one in Oct at this dealership. I was set to make another purchase next year, but barring some pretty massive damage control from the dealership that purchase will be done elsewhere. More

My service rep, Kim, followed through with informing me when back order part arrived to schedule work to be completed. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day when I called back. I brought my 2020 trail boss in for the 4th time for the same issue. My tuck won’t start and goes into power save mode and he check engine light comes on. The fist time was at 400 miles! Less than 1 year later my truck won’t start again and went into power save mode with check engine light on again. 7 days later I get a phone call that all they are going to do it put in a new battery. The battery was less than a year old. Not only did they not fix the actual issue I was CHARGED for a new battery and I was charged for a rental car even though my truck sat there for 7 days before they looked at it. So now I’m on my 3rd battery with less than 40,000 miles on my truck. You would think they would try and find what the actual issue is that caused the batteries to go bad so fast but no, just kick the can down the road and band aid the problem until next time. I only buy new trucks so I don’t have to deal with these problems but this truck has a real issue and no one there seem to care and do the right thing by fixing it. All I want is my truck fixed! I currently have two Chevy’s and I will never buy another one or have it serviced the Jim Butler again. The worst experience I have ever had at a Chevy dealership. More
My key fob would not work, and I had forgotten the procedure for getting in and starting the car. A very nice woman in the service department talked me through it and scheduled an appointment to get t procedure for getting in and starting the car.
