Made appointment for dent repair service, a extended warranty we purchased thru dealership. Appointment was scheduled for 9:15 am, we dropped off vehicle the night prior and was told by Justin the servi warranty we purchased thru dealership. Appointment was scheduled for 9:15 am, we dropped off vehicle the night prior and was told by Justin the service advisor he would call us in the morning with details on our warranty, costs out of pocket and time frame. At 130pm the next day we haven't heard anything. My wife calls his direct line he gave her and left message. At 3pm she calls again and after being bounced around she finally gets in contact with Justin with no answers to warranty, costs and said be here at 5pm it should be done 🙄 My wife is concerned it wont be done in time and that she won't have a vehicle for the next day to get to work. Justin responded with just take a 3 day weekend (Really). We arrive at 4:45. Justin says it's on its way from another lot, it be here in 15 minutes. We'll at 5:15pm it's still not there and I approach him. He scrambles to find it making jokes and calls to other lot looking for real pretty blue silverado. I speak up it's GRAY!!!!! After another 30 minutes of these guys having no clue where vehicle is or if it is done it arrives back at dealership. Mind you, when it arrived at dealership it was shiny and clean. We get it back with bird xxxx all over it and wipe marks where they took out the 2 dents, the car wasn't washed or anything. We walk out and Justin starts rubbing the door and said man they do awesome work huh? I said don't touch my truck! I said you guys need to get your xxxx together and yes the truck is GRAY can u see that? I also told him never to talk to my wife like that again. Who would tell a customer to take a 3 day weekend? Joking or not, this service department needs a lot more training on customer service and have more knowledge on warranty information and stay in contact with the customer with updates on their vehicle, if not give them a loaner car! This was all on Thursday,November 3, 2022. On Sunday we had a chance to finally wash car. Between Thursday and Sunday we both received a call from service manager apologizing for all the trouble and added 2 free oil changes for trouble, which was nice and appreciated. So back to Sunday. We are washing car and where dents were pulled we have scratches in the area where we're. I take pics and spent a couple hours using clay bar and wax to pull them out. I reach out to service manager on Monday and he vaguely remembers who we were and of issue. I tell him of the issue, he is not as concerned as he was the 1st time. I ask for his email to send pics which he gives me and says we'll ill toss in another oil change! Well that's great, but not as concerned about it was concerning to me. I love a free oil change but my 2 hours means something to me. I could of taken back to dealership, but at this point I'm afraid too! I get off phone with him send email, and never got a response from him back on it. I plan on trying them 1 more time and I may be crazy, but let's hope this next time it's way better! Note to dealership! We are the customers that keep you in your job! If it wasn't like customers like us buying 60k vehicles you wouldn't be in business. I don't want to be treated like royalty, but just communicate better and do the job correctly! More
