Received several reminders via phone and email of the appointment. Arrived shortly before my appointment time. Was told it would be about an hour and still had an almost 2 hour wait. The next day I rec appointment. Arrived shortly before my appointment time. Was told it would be about an hour and still had an almost 2 hour wait. The next day I received another email telling me I had services due that were performed at my appointment. Thankfully this was our first service appointment and it was free. Going forward unless the service is covered by dealership we will use our own mechanic. Too many reminder emails and two extensive of a wait time. More
Kim was great. My Sky (orphan) was treated like royalty--- Service did as promised. (took off fender to replace battery/found missing cap/hooked up "tender cord". Seems that the service technicians aren't what they used to be. Not understanding the main concern, wanting to charge diagnostic fee for every thing.
