Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize if your visit didn't live up to your expectations. We also apologize that your appointment time wasn't properly explained to you. This time is set aside for your to speak with your advisor to set a game plan and your expectations while your vehicle is in our care. During my investigation I learned that you have multiple services on your service ticket. Please allow me to better explain: your transmission flush takes an hour, the emissions test is 30 mins and your oil change and tire rotate is quoted for 1.5 hours. When you do the math that is three hours so we are proud that our tech was able to get you out 30 mins early. I do apologize that I was not able to see anything regarding your low coolant light. I will be sure to speak with the service director regarding your concerns. When a vehicle comes in with a request that is outside of routine maintenance, it is required to see a journeyman tech. At the time of your drop off our journeymen techs were 72 hours our. We have to fair to all of our waiting customers. We are doing our best to rise to the challenges presented to us by this pandemic.
