I sat in the pull in lane for customer service for 15 minutes. A customer service person looked out at me multiple times and just ignored that I was there. There was only one car in there and no one was minutes. A customer service person looked out at me multiple times and just ignored that I was there. There was only one car in there and no one was being helped at that time. I finally got out of my truck and walked inside. Then the customer service person said, "let me move this vehicle so that you can pull in." As I approached the Cashier's window, a salesperson jumped in front of me. Seemed like his situation was more important than a customer was. When the person pulled my truck out into the parking lot after the service was finished, they hit the curb with the front passenger tire and left it parked like that. The tire was all marked up from hitting the curb. More
