Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your expectations. During my investigation I learned that we did hit the curb while parking your vehicle after the service. We would like for you to send us a picture of the damages so that we may have it repaired. We apologize that you feel that the salesman jumped in front of you in line. After reviewing the tape he was on the cashier's carpet as you were just opening the door to the waiting area. We apologize that you waited so long in your vehicle but our staff was extremely busy and the personnel that passed you were not customer service reps. They were drivers and service techs.
