I purchased my 2016 Equinox from Tony Palmer a couple years ago and because of Tony I have always felt I could trust Jim Butler, the 1st time I brougt my car in the young women who I communicated with when I drove my car into the shop was the previous owner so I just feel comfortable having my car taken care of by your people.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. I'm a bit confused because during my investigation of your concerns I learned that we spoke to you multiple times a day, multiple times a week. No one in my BDC nor my service advisors recall speaking to you about a smell. Our diagnostic fee is $165 and we wouldn't charge you that much just to investigate a smell. It is my understanding that our staff treated you with the utmost respect and provided you with great service. If you can please clarify these conflicting details (were we speaking to a significant other, confirm your phone number, etc.) it would be greatly appreciated.
