Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize that your experience didn't live up to your expectations. We are not giving you the run around with your recall, GM is. During my investigation I learned that there is a pending recall for your vehicle. This means that GM is aware of the issue with your and other's vehicles but they haven't engineered a fix for it yet. This leaves us with two options: (1) We wait for a fix rom GM or (2) We can attempt to replace the part that we think is faulty without a guarantee of it working, however GM will not pay for it. Unfortunately, the dealership has no control over GM, however, they control what we can do.
