Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your expectations. Typically when a vehicle comes into our service department with a request other than routine maintenance, it is required to see a journeyman tech. Our journeyman techs are 3-5 days out from check in. We understand that you did not request the alignment, however, we spoke with you about it and you approved the repair as part of the replacement of your oil coolant lines. The diagnostic fee was because you stated that your vehicle would not start, we investigated this issue and you did not repair it at that time, however, should you choose to have your starter replaced with us the $165 diagnostic fee will go towards the repair.
