Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your expectations. It is standard procedure for us to take a picture of the dash board before we perform work on them because they are very fragile and brittle. During my investigation I found that the dash was cracked upon arrival. I am more than happy to forward them to you. I also understand that you have spoken to our service director Gene. The way the service is ran is absolutely ridiculous. Appt is Monday but car is not even looked at until Wednesday, and then the perosn you are dealing with won't even return your calls. Seriously debat More

Thank you for your feedback, Amanda. We do understand your frustration and understand that your time is valuable. When scheduling the appointment, they should have informed you that the appointment being made was to meet with a service advisor. This is also reiterated in your reminder emails and when you met with the service advisor. Due to the high volume at the dealership, at times there is a wait for vehicles to be seen by our Journeymen. That being said, we are continually working to shorten this wait time for our customers and sincerely appreciate your business while we work to improve. We do agree 100% that it is unacceptable to not get phone calls returned from your Service Advisor. We are passing on this feedback to the Service Director to take corrective action with your Service Advisor.
