Very disappointed I left my truck there for over a week and there where no rentals available until the 7 day!! My truck was damaged in that terrible parking lot , management was going to check cameras and and there where no rentals available until the 7 day!! I also left my car there because my check engine light was on but no one looked at it for 3 days so I just picked it back up … I will take it somewhere else. One positive this to say was the young man that check you vehicle is was very sweet and helpful!! More

Overall bad service. When I picked up my car the right rear tire only had 20 pounds of pressure in it and there was an alarm on the screen saying such. Who is left over garbage from the service tech such as a plastic rapper for his feet or something and the half crumpled up foot protector. On the service bill it said that they thoroughly cleaned and checked my battery. The battery was not cleaned or checked. You can tell by how much dirt is all over it. More
