While I was out waiting I texted and explained why would I buy coverage that only covered cracks. When I picked up my car, Andrew said I did have coverage but I would have to pay out of pocket then put in a claim, which I could have done while I was waiting. When I got home I called the claims department and they said I did have coverage, but couldn’t figure out how to reimburse me. She stated she would send me a contract then I would have to complete it and email it back with a copy of the paid invoice. Since that happened I soon contacted Covid-19 and didn’t have the energy to deal with this. All could have been avoided if they would have explained the process while I was making the appointment.. Thus my total dissatisfaction. More
