Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent visit with us. We looked into the warranty that you purchased regarding your windshield replacement/repairs. For the protection that you purchased, there are specific steps that need to be followed in order to get a windshield replaced/repaired. On the agreement that you signed and were provided at the time of purchase it states that you must contact the administrator/warranty company within 24 hours of the damage occurring. Then, the warranty company sets up your appointment. This is the only way they pay for the replacement/repair. This is not our policy, it is the warranty company's policy. We understand that this was probably not something that you were able to read through on your agreement. While we cannot personally reimburse the charges for repairing/replacing your windshield, we are hopeful that Crystal Fusion will. We recommend reaching out to them and explaining that you were unaware of the process you needed to follow in order to have them pay for it and see if they will reimburse you. Their phone number is 800-890-7211. We hope that they are able to help you.
