Set up my appt. Online, got a ride to work n back, got a video from the technician showing what he did and the service rep worked with me for a good price. I don't know how much better it could be. :) More

I had an appointment and it still took almost 2 hours for an oil change. Also, every time I bring my car in for an oil change extra work is suggested that really isn't needed. More

Thank you for your feed back. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your expectations. We also apologize that your appointment time was not properly explained to you. This time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle wait for the next appropriate service tech. We understand that this process can be confusing and frustrating, however, we found this model to work best for the volume of customers that visit our service department. We are diligently working to improve wait times. We are doing things such as hiring additional service tech, building additional service bays, and revamping our scheduling procedures. We truly hope that our efforts are evident in future visits.
