Well then what’s the point of an appointment time if you can’t stick to the time? I I understand that you know how to take the appointment for my truck to be serviced. When I arrive on time you should have a technician ready to see me when I arrive. To wait that long for a simple process is a little ridiculous. I understand situations happen and stuff changes however the point of an appointment is to make sure that I can get in and out as quickly as possible with the bus service. If I would’ve known that it would’ve taken that long I wouldn’t of wasted time making an appointment several days in advance and I also would’ve arranged for a ride to come pick me up so I did not have to sit in your waiting room with no update until I inquire about it. You can apologize for The amount of time that I had to wait however it does not change the fact that I will not be back to your dealership to get service on my vehicle again. I was very upset with how it was handled.
