I won’t be coming back to Jim Butler again! Had a Friday appointment for my truck and was told that it would not be looked at until Tuesday due to “supply issues”! What does an oil change and engine diagno appointment for my truck and was told that it would not be looked at until Tuesday due to “supply issues”! What does an oil change and engine diagnostic have to due with “supply issues”? You didn’t do the oil change until over a week later. You could have done the diagnostic to figure out what was needed….and then ordered the part. Instead….I lost $1800 on a RV rental because I couldn’t tow it. All because service reps are too lazy to get my truck back and looked over. What’s the purpose of making an appointment? This is the second time I’ve had issues with appointments….you cancelled one before right before I was supposed to bring it in….you guys were too busy. The last time when the tires were rotated and you gave me the truck back I drove it home and got about three miles down the road before the truck felt like it was going to shake apart. I brought the truck back and they realized the rim wasn’t seated correctly….so much for the test drive. On my most recent visit with the over a week wait even though I had an appointment, on Friday, I got the truck back I noticed the oil percentage gauge had not changed or reset, so did my oil get changed? When you rotated the tires on this last visit, nobody reset the TPSM gauges as well , so now my front tire pressure on the display is actually the rear tires and vice versa. Jim Butler has been the worst dealership and the consistent issues with wiring and service with Chevy is atrocious. I’ll be selling or trading the truck soon for another truck manufacturer. This is truly the worst dealership/service I’ve ever received and living around the nation and world as an active duty service member for 21 years and now after retirement and moving around…I’ve been to a lot of dealerships. Good luck with your “supply issues” and terrible service. Someone really needs to figure out what’s going on in your service department. You can sell cars but the service afterwards is something to not be desired….take care of your customers! . More

Took almost 2 hours for an oil change which was a lot when we had an appointment. Everyone was very helpful and I liked the detailed report we received. I had my trucks oil scheduled to be changed and tires rotated at 11:00 AM. I arrived at the dealership at 10:50 AM. Once I was checked in I was instructed that it would be a longer wait than I was antici rotated at 11:00 AM. I arrived at the dealership at 10:50 AM. Once I was checked in I was instructed that it would be a longer wait than I was anticipating. I waited 2 1/2 hours to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. I got no apology for my wait, no sorry that it took so long. That was 100% the last time I will get service from this dealership. I was not happy. After I was checked in there was a number that I could text to see the status of my truck. I texted that number and never got a response. I had to go up and inquire about my truck. I was told “oh it will be another 15 to 20 minutes” as they were finishing up. I was very very unhappy very displeased with the service that I received. More
