I will follow up with the service director regarding your concerns as communication is a matter that we are continuously coach our team on. During my investigation I found that you repair was not authorized and the repair was performed without you, your service advisor or the dispatcher approving. The service technician took it upon himself to perform the repair and he has been reprimanded. We hope that this is the first step to regaining your trust.
