I never received a call re: the “diagnosis’ ; when I did receive a call I was told my car was ready to the tune of $1617.00. Fixed without authorization. They backpedaled and apologized but in the end I w receive a call I was told my car was ready to the tune of $1617.00. Fixed without authorization.
