This was the 2nd time my 2016 Camaro SS was at the dealership for the same thing. Blown engine. 1st they replaced some lifters and then not even a week later the engine went out again. This time they replaced the engine like they should have done in the first place. While my car was at the dealership, the technician left my hood open over night (not sure how many nights) on the parking lot where anyone could have stolen something or did damage to it. When I called to complain the man I spoke to first said "Oh the technician was probably in a hurry" I had to have him get a manager because it seemed to me that he didn't want to put a manager on the phone for me because he didn't want the technician to get in trouble. They also didn't supply a rental car even though they had my car for well over a month. Once I got my car back, I found a few things wrong. 1-there were 2 items left off in the trunk. They did not attach them back like they were supposed to 2-the technician or test driver left chicken nuggets under my passenger seat 3-the outer trim of a caddy I have between the seats and the counsel was torn completely off. It was definitely on when I dropped the vehicle off because I had just glued them on better. 4-While at the dealership, I found it difficult to get updates on my vehicle because nobody would ever reply. 5-Since they did not have a rental for me while they had my car, I was assured that I would get at least $25 back for every day I had to rent a car. I've e-mailed the manager a copy and still have not heard back from him or anyone else. Poor customer service and as long as i have a cho ice, I will NOT go back and this is NOT the first car that I've purchased there but will definitely be the last. More

service went very well (Kim) took care of me and she did an outstanding job - as always. The truck had to be jumped started 2 days later as I assume that the part was installed incorrectly (electrical m an outstanding job - as always. So, now she sits at Butlers parking waiting to be serviced again - also, the radio sometimes goes dead (NOT JIM BUTLER Chevy FAULT). So maybe the 2020 GMC 2500 will be fixes - just 16,xxx miles on this Rig. Fingers crossed. Jim Butler Chevy is a GREAT dealership - they really are. The folks there all seem to be doing a great job. You can't go wrong doing business with Jim Butler Well done!! More

Service was not up to par. I had to ask multiple time for an eta on my car and had a hard time getting a time. Waited over 3 hours for new tires and alignment. On a positive note. Very inconvenient, felt pawned off to go elsewhere after having my car sit on your lot almost a week. The issue was resolved, but the big mess created by a defective manufacturers drain was left as MY PROBL having my car sit on your lot almost a week.
