Our records indicate that during your first visit there was damage to the rental that you refused to pay for, causing us to revoke your rental privileges. It was the man that checked me in Andrew Branca. Why wasn't I notified of any damage???? I didn't get a call, text or e-mail. I would have been happy to pay for the damage because I have insurance with a $500 deductible. Also, not ONE person told me about this when I dropped off my car, called and asked about getting a rental when I asked about status updates or when I picked up my car. I want to be re-imbursed minus the damage you claim I did to a previous rental. Nobody notified, NOBODY!

During my investigation I learned that there was an issue with your sunroof and also a crack in your windshield which allowed water in. We fixed the issue with the sunroof, however, you declined the windshield replacement. We would like to know what mess specifically you are referring to, the situation or damages from the leak.
