I setup an appointment months in advance to have work done while I was out of town so I could get my truck back when I got back into town. I setup my appointment so early to avoid this situation. I get parts delay and being busy but an appointment setup 2 months in advance should go in on the Monday after it’s dropped off. This was the 2nd time my 2016 Camaro SS was at the dealership for the same thing. Blown engine. 1st they replaced some lifters and then not even a week later the engine went out again. This time they replaced the engine like they should have done in the first place. While my car was at the dealership, the technician left my hood open over night (not sure how many nights) on the parking lot where anyone could have stolen something or did damage to it. When I called to complain the man I spoke to first said "Oh the technician was probably in a hurry" I had to have him get a manager because it seemed to me that he didn't want to put a manager on the phone for me because he didn't want the technician to get in trouble. They also didn't supply a rental car even though they had my car for well over a month. Once I got my car back, I found a few things wrong. 1-there were 2 items left off in the trunk. They did not attach them back like they were supposed to 2-the technician or test driver left chicken nuggets under my passenger seat 3-the outer trim of a caddy I have between the seats and the counsel was torn completely off. It was definitely on when I dropped the vehicle off because I had just glued them on better. 4-While at the dealership, I found it difficult to get updates on my vehicle because nobody would ever reply. 5-Since they did not have a rental for me while they had my car, I was assured that I would get at least $25 back for every day I had to rent a car. I've e-mailed the manager a copy and still have not heard back from him or anyone else. Poor customer service and as long as i have a cho ice, I will NOT go back and this is NOT the first car that I've purchased there but will definitely be the last. More
