This was the worst experience with Jim Butler; we have bought and serviced our vehicles with them for several years. They first 4 days it just sat there. Day 5 they assigned a tech. Day 6 they ordered parts and on Day 13 they fixed the car. Day 12 may have been good; the tech was off that day. By my calculations they tech only touched the car twice; once to find the issue and second to fix the issue. If you have a parts department to you have parts there? Why would they have to order parts????? We only have the one car; WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. More

Poor communication regarding vehicle and what was done to it. No one ever called me. I had to call and ask the status only to be told it was done and the lady I spoke with nor an advisor, explained to me wha it. No one ever called me. Don’t buy from them, sales was great, but the car had many issues in two weeks. Check engine light, oil leak which they “fixed” still leaking oil. And didn’t clean up the oil leak.
