Scheduling a service for a new but pre-owned 2024 Trax was understandably scheduled out but a rental car was not available to me (even when requesting one at the time the service was scheduled out), at th was understandably scheduled out but a rental car was not available to me (even when requesting one at the time the service was scheduled out), at the time I brought my vehicle in for service. When expressing my frustration about not having access to a rental, the rental manager did come up with a solution and was able to provide me a rental however, he stated that he would allow me to use the rental vehicle scheduled for tomorrows “valued customer” instead. That offended me. My family has now purchased 6 vehicles from Jim Butler. I too am a valued customer. I feel that the manager should have been more mindful in his choice of words. More

Took nearly three hours for an oil change, tire alignment and filter change — far too long and from what I heard from others in the waiting room, typically of what occurred that day.
