First time at this dealer after working for a (GMC) competitor. The lot was cramped and rather disorganized. I did like my advisor, Andrew, though. When they were done, I was told go go see the cashier. If a multi-point inspection was done on my car, it wasn't gone over with me, like at the other dealer. I didn't have contact with my advisor when I came to pick it up. I am used to getting a report telling me what my brake wear and treadwear are from my advisor. This is not only helpful to me, but can give you a chance to sell other services. Your price is also higher than theirs, for less customer service. I do have to give the girl in the BDC an A+. More
My second time back to the dealership after they had my car for 2 weeks and did not fix the problem. 2nd time is a charm. It went better and they only had my car for a few days vs 2 weeks and was able to f car for 2 weeks and did not fix the problem. 2nd time is a charm. Would have given them 5 stars but they tried to charge me for the repair that was in warranty because someone did not notate the information correctly and the other problem was they were unable to get me a rental both times it was in the shop. I understand the situation they were in with a shortage so I do not hold it against them. Would I return... maybe. The staff was all kind and the facility was clean and inviting. My real only complaint would be that they fixed my car right the first time and quicker. More
