We do quote our oil changes at 90 minutes, and yours was just over that. This pandemic has had us struggling to keep up with our high demand for service. Thank you for your feedback, James. We looked into this situation and we're sorry you feel the way you do about this situation. We understand that you brought your vehicle with codes that you had pulled with a non-dealer code reader. While we appreciate you sharing this information with us, our code readers do show more than commercial ones. Even when we are able to see all of the codes, we still need to perform diagnostics to determine the problem that is occurring, rather than just throwing parts at a problem and hoping it is the right solution. We're glad our diagnostics were correct. We're also glad a rental was available for you to use (with the shortage of vehicles limiting the number of rentals we have available to us that can't even happen sometimes) and we also noticed that you signed off on the charges for the rental vehicle. We certainly never tried to cheat you. We sincerely try to take care of all of our customers to the best of our ability. We understand that you told staff that you didn't ever want to come back, and while that saddens us, we respect your wishes and hope you have better experiences going forward.
