I had to wait about 15 minutes beyond my appointment time to be waited on (I did arrive on time), which was mildly irritating in light of all of the reminders from the dealership I had received reminding me to be waited on (I did arrive on time), which was mildly irritating in light of all of the reminders from the dealership I had received reminding me of my appointment and check-in time. I will also say that Butler seems to be pushing servicing which is not per se recommended by GM, which requires me to have to evaluate if something is really necessary. These are both minor matters.
