I will never use again! Just left from oil change and tire rotation. Noticed grinding noise and called first thing this morning and was told the next appointment was Jan. 15 Just left from oil change and tire rotation. Noticed grinding noise and called first thing this morning and was told the next appointment was Jan. 15th. I told the girl this was not acceptable and I felt it was a safety issue with rattle and grinding I heard. She said sorry it was the best she could do. I immediately hung up and called telle tire which is close to my house. They told me after inspection my driver side tire was not tightened/secured and one of my lug nuts was cracked! Since then I still haven’t received a call from anyone that cares about customer service. I will also be posting this review online. More
