Product: I’m growing frustrated with the countless quality issues I’ve experienced with my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado Z71. The truck has been in for multiple water leaks, recalls and other issues. The m quality issues I’ve experienced with my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado Z71. The truck has been in for multiple water leaks, recalls and other issues. The most recent issue and the nature of this service call was an issue with the brake system that could have caused a serious accident when the brake pedal went completely soft and I lost all brake function. This quality/safety issue is unacceptable. Service representative: Doug was phenomenal. He is communicative and had empathy with my situation. He went above and beyond. **Brett Estes... wow. This guy is incredible. He was my salesman and I contacted him at 9pm when the issue happened. He responded right away and provided great guidance as to how we should best proceed. He helped to arrange towing and intervened with the rental department when they were unable to meet my needs. Brett is top notch and I can’t say enough great things about how he manages his client base even after the sale. Rental: unwilling to be flexible with me. I had plans to leave on vacation the following day and they were more concerned about company policies than a customer in need. I’d give this component of the interaction 1 Star.
